General Policies

We strive to maintain a positive and conducive learning environment for our students, parents,
and staff. To ensure a smooth operation and to create a harmonious atmosphere, we have
established the following policies:

Bringing Home-Cooked Meals:
At Asoka World School, we appreciate the care and attention parents put into providing nutritious meals for their children. However, due to considerations of food safety and allergies, we kindly request that students only bring commercially prepared and packaged meals to
school. This helps us maintain a secure environment and ensures the well-being of all students.

Donating a Book to the Library for Birthdays:
To celebrate birthdays in a meaningful and lasting way, we encourage parents and students to consider donating a book to our school library. This thoughtful gesture not only contributes to the literary resources available to our students but also promotes a culture of sharing and learning. We kindly request that donated books align with the school’s values and are suitable for our diverse student body.

Library Book Donation Guidelines:

Relevance: Books donated should be appropriate for the age group of our students and align with our school’s educational goals.
Diversity: We welcome a variety of genres and subjects to cater to the diverse interests of our students.
Condition: Donated books should be in good condition to ensure their longevity in our library.

At Asoka World School, we believe in the power of active participation and community engagement. To enrich the overall educational experience and promote a sense of belonging, we have implemented the following policy regarding student participation in school events:

Participation in School Events:

Annual Participation Requirement:
Every student is encouraged to actively participate in at least one school event throughout the academic year. This inclusive approach ensures that every child has the opportunity to showcase their talents, build confidence, and contribute to the vibrant school community.
Annual Day 100% Participation Requirement:
Annual Day Celebration:
The Annual Day Celebration is a highlight of our academic calendar, bringing together students, parents, and staff for a memorable event.
100% Participation Commitment:We uphold a commitment to 100% student participation in the Annual Day festivities. This collective engagement not only creates a sense of unity but also allows each student to be part of a grand celebration that highlights their diverse talents.
