Dr. McInnes’s intellectual contribution has been to the field of Identity studies, publishing material on identity work, professional identity and change dynamics in a variety of journals including the Scandinavian Journal of Management and the International Journal of Public Administration. As the serving Director of Teaching and Learning at Strathclyde, he is entrusted with the overall responsibility for teaching and learning activities involved in delivery of postgraduate courses belonging to the Department of Management including the MBA; MBM; MIM & BITS programmes. This includes the controlling and developing the quality management system;
