We administer a unique program of assessments to compare student development and performance against international benchmarks, between teaching terms and over time.
Periodically we administer a customized diagnostic assessment that is designed to help students and their teachers understand how they learn best and what their academic potential might be. It assesses how students think in areas that are known to make a difference to learning and also reveals their learning styles.
While other academic assessments prescribed by the CBSE reveal a child’s attainment in core subjects, our unique assessment plan is designed to give our stakeholders a much broader, more rounded view of each child, their potential and how they learn. Results/data generated help teachers decide about the method and pace of teaching-learning that is right for a student and whether additional support or challenge is needed. Differentiation becomes easier as the teachers use this assessment data to plan and modify their instruction
Tasks involve thinking about words (Verbal Reasoning),shapes and patterns (Non-Verbal Reasoning), and numbers (Quantitative Reasoning). Some questions pertain to generating and transforming visual images (Spatial Ability).
